Youth-Made Short Films
The core of our project is the creation of powerful visual narratives. Participants will produce short films focused on social inclusion and participation.
The Method: We are stripping away the need for expensive gear. By using mobile filmmaking techniques, we’re proving that a smartphone is all you need to tell a story that changes perspectives.
Smart Storytelling: The Power of Generative AI
Technology is our creative ally, not a replacement for human emotion. We are integrating AI into the filmmaking process to help our storytellers push boundaries.
Scriptwriting: Using AI to help structure original scripts and overcome creative blocks.
Accessibility: Automated subtitle generation ensures every voice is heard by everyone.
Global Reach: Advanced translation and editing tools will help these local stories find an international audience.
A Resource for Europe: The AI Storytelling Toolkit
We believe in sharing knowledge. One of our most significant outputs is the AI Storytelling Toolkit—a comprehensive PDF manual designed for youth workers. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to replicate our "Film + AI" methodology with groups across Europe, ensuring the project's impact lasts long after the final credits roll.
International Showcases (DK & NO)
The work created by our participants won’t stay hidden on a hard drive. In December 2026, we will host public showcase events in both Denmark and Norway. These events will be a space for youth to present their films directly to their peers, families, and local decision-makers.
A Digital Home for Stories
We are building a permanent digital portal on the Pangaea website. This will be an open-access library where all the films, the toolkit, and project resources will live forever. It’s more than a website; it’s a gallery of inspiration for the next generation of creators.
