Erasmus+ project: APV in Poland

APV (Arbejdsmiljøvurdering) Completed – Strengthening Our Work Environment

  • Funded by Erasmus+

  • Łódź, Poland

  • Organized by LEVEL UP Association

Even though the main training course will officially begin in June 2026, this preparatory meeting already played an important role in building the foundation for the project. Together with partner organisations, we discussed the programme structure, participant needs, inclusion strategies, logistics, learning environment, and ways to create a safe and accessible space for everyone involved.

The project focuses on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in youth work and aims to support youth workers who work directly with young people facing barriers, exclusion, or fewer opportunities.

During the APV, we exchanged experiences from our local realities, reflected on challenges young people face in different communities, and explored how international cooperation can help create more inclusive youth work practices.

What we appreciated most was the atmosphere of openness, collaboration, and shared motivation to make youth work more accessible and empowering for all young people. Because inclusion is not only a topic — it is something that needs to be actively planned, practiced, and protected from the very beginning.

We are excited for the full training course in June and grateful to already start building strong partnerships and meaningful cooperation together.

The assessment focuses on:

  • Psychological and social work environment

  • Physical workplace conditions

  • Health and safety risks

  • Preventive measures and action planning
