Yes, and… Go! Entrepreneurial Resilience Through Improv.

Yes, and… Go! is an Erasmus+ training course for youth workers, educators, trainers, and facilitators who want to develop entrepreneurship as a creative, resilient mindset.

Using improvisational theatre and Design Thinking, participants will learn how to navigate uncertainty, embrace mistakes, communicate ideas clearly, and even perform live on a real stage in Bansko.

What Will We Do?

Improv & Mindset: Learn active listening, spontaneity, and creative risk-taking.

Design Thinking: Rapidly brainstorm, prototype, and test ideas.

Practical Tools: Gain theatre and experiential methods ready to use in your local youth work.

Networking: Build partnerships with international youth professionals.

Danish Team

We have 4 spots available for participants travelling from Denmark.

Residency: Resident of Denmark (18+).

Profile: Youth workers, trainers, facilitators, educators, or volunteers.

Mindset: Open to stepping out of your comfort zone (no prior improv or business experience needed).

Language: Comfortable working in English.

Availability: Full project dates (14–22 Nov 2026).

Financial Support

Accommodation & Food: 100% covered in Bansko.

Materials & Local Study Visits: Fully covered.

Travel Reimbursement: Return travel from Denmark reimbursed up to standard Erasmus+ distance band limits.
