About the Project
CDT empowers participants to strengthen their communities by addressing mental well-being challenges, building resilience, and creating inclusive environments. The project explores how mental well-being connects with youth employment, civic engagement, and social cohesion. Participants will learn practical tools, exchange best practices, and develop initiatives that promote solidarity, equity, and sustainability.


Participant Profile
We are looking for representatives who are either youth workers, youth leaders, social workers, or NGO staff who:

  • Have experience in youth empowerment and/or community initiatives.

  • Are motivated to expand their knowledge and skills.

  • Appreciate non-formal learning in diverse settings.

  • Commit to the full learning process, including follow-up activities.

  • Can reflect on their learning and share outcomes within their communities.

What’s included?
Travel reimbursement to 309 Euros
Free accommodation
3 Meals and 2 coffee breaks per day
Youthpass certification - Recognised by the European Commission.
