About the project

Interconnectedness Social Health Well-Being Youth Empowerment 2nd Part

The topic of the project: The project focuses on empowering youth workers and educators to improve mental health, foster social cohesion, and develop tools to address well-being challenges in communities.


Project objectives:

  • Strengthen formal and non-formal education to equip young people with tools to understand, manage, and promote their mental health.

  • Create training sessions and resources to address mental health issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic, social isolation, work-life balance, refugee crises, economic insecurity, and aging populations.

  • Equip participants with skills to build and support community-based systems to address isolation and promote well-being.

  • Contribute to the long-term reduction of mental health issues in society by promoting better mental health practices.

  • Empower participants to initiate projects that foster social cohesion and interconnectedness.

  • Build a supportive community for youth workers to share innovative approaches and best practices for improving mental health and well-being among young people.



    Participating countries: Armenia, Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Italy, Jordan, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands.

Please be aware that from 2025 there will be applied a small administrative fee of 200 dkk, which you will need to pay once you are accepted to the project.
