Description
Are you working with young people and want to deepen your understanding of how to create truly inclusive environments? We are looking for participants residing in Denmark to join this international Training Course in the historic city of Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland!
What is Inclusive Pathways in Youth Work?
This project, coordinated by the LEVEL UP Association, is designed for youth workers who want to ground their daily practice in solid Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles. The program aims to build a shared language, explore the social psychology of prejudice, and learn how to design activities that leave no one behind.
Key Themes: DEI theory, inclusive communication, social psychology, designing activities for youth with fewer opportunities, and creating safe spaces.

Location: Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland
Dates: June 1st – 7th, 2026.
Partners: Organizations from Poland, Denmark, Spain, Italy, and Romania.
Pangaea Quota: 3 spots for residents in Denmark.
Who are we looking for?
This training is for you if:
You are a youth worker, leader, or educator working directly with young people facing social or personal barriers.
You want to improve your competences in inclusion and diversity management.
You live in Denmark and have a good command of English.
You are motivated to share new methods and learn from other European contexts.
Costs and Logistics (Erasmus+)
Accommodation & Food: 100% covered by the Erasmus+ program during the project dates.
Travel: Travel costs will be reimbursed up to the limit established by the EU distance calculator. Important: LEVEL UP must approve your travel plan before you purchase any tickets.
Insurance: A valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is mandatory.
Reimbursement: Processed after the training is completed and dissemination activities are implemented (keep all original boarding passes and invoices!).
Deadline: 1st of May, 2026
Please be aware that from 2025, there will be applied a small administrative fee of 200 dkk, which you will need to pay once you are accepted to the project.
