Description
Pangaea Youth Network is looking for 1 more motivated youth worker to participate in the Erasmus+ Study Visit “Green Habits & Climate Change for Youth Workers” in Estoril, Lisbon, Portugal. Total 2 participants from Denmark.
This study visit focuses on environmental sustainability, green habits, and climate action in youth work. Participants will visit organisations actively working in environmental education and climate initiatives, learning directly from their methodologies, approaches, and good practices.
What is the purpose of the study visit?
The project aims to:
Increase youth workers’ knowledge of climate change, sustainability, and green habits
Explore innovative practices used by organisations promoting environmentally responsible behaviour
Strengthen competencies in integrating green topics into non-formal education
Encourage exchange of experiences between European countries and neighbouring regions such as Turkey and Georgia
The visit will create an intercultural learning environment where youth workers share perspectives and practical tools to bring back to their communities.
Who can apply?
We are looking for participants who:
Are residents of Denmark
Are 18+ (no upper age limit)
Can communicate in English
Are motivated and able to participate in the full duration of the study visit
Are interested in climate change and sustainability topics
Accommodation & Practical Information
The activity will take place at ImpacTrip Hostel in Estoril, Lisbon
Accommodation in shared rooms (6–12 participants per room)
Arrival: 13 April (from 15:00)
Departure: 19 April (until 12:00)
Accommodation and food are fully covered by the hosting organisation
Travel costs will be reimbursed after the activity upon submission of all required documents
Participants should bring:
Comfortable clothes
Laptop
Multiple-use mug
Snacks from their country
Financial Conditions
Accommodation and meals fully covered
Travel reimbursement according to Erasmus+ distance bands
Do not purchase travel tickets without approval from the Project Coordinator
