From Procedure To Participation
Training Course
Description
The project “From Procedure to Participation” is designed for youth workers, trainers, and project coordinators who want to improve the practical parts of Erasmus+ projects that are often seen as boring, confusing, or too formal.
During the training, participants will explore gamification as a method to transform procedures such as Youthpass, reimbursement, evaluations, onboarding, reflection, group agreements, and dissemination into more engaging and understandable learning experiences.
Instead of seeing these tasks as obligations, participants will learn how to turn them into motivating and inclusive moments that improve the quality of youth projects.
What Will We Do?
This training is based on practical learning, creativity, and teamwork. During the week, participants will:
Learn the basics of gamification and how it can be used in youth work
Explore benefits, risks, and ethics of game elements in learning
Test ready-made gamified tools and activities
Redesign common Erasmus+ project moments into interactive experiences
Create practical tools for Youthpass, reimbursements, evaluations, and follow-up tasks
Use AI tools to support project design and innovation
Exchange ideas and good practices with participants from different countries
Collaborating Countries
You will learn and collaborate with youth workers from different European countries and partner countries involved in the Erasmus+ programme.
