Description
Powerful Erasmus+ training course aimed at exploring migration, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue. “From Confusion to Inclusion” will bring together youth workers from across Europe to deepen their understanding of migration-related challenges and develop concrete strategies to support young migrants through inclusive practices and intercultural learning.

Main Objectives:
Build awareness of migration-related issues and the difference between migrants and refugees
Understand the reasons behind migration and the hardships people face
Equip youth workers with tools to promote social inclusion and intercultural dialogue
Encourage inclusive practices within communities and youth organizations
What’s Provided:
Full accommodation in a seaside venue near Kiato
Three daily meals + coffee breaks
Erasmus+ Youthpass Certificate
Travel reimbursement up to 395 Euros
Inspiring learning sessions, group work, and cultural exchange
ntercultural evening, community activities, and shared experience with youth workers from five countries
Who Can Apply:
Youth workers, youth leaders, or educators aged 20+
Must have a working level of English
Should be motivated to work on inclusion, diversity, and migration-related issues
Willing to apply new knowledge in their communities and organizations
