Evidence to Action: Research & Data in Youth Work
Are you ready to make your youth work more impactful?
Join us in Luxembourg for a capacity-building training course that will help you turn everyday youth work into credible evidence of real impact.
Youth work creates powerful outcomes, but it can be difficult to demonstrate what changes, for whom, and why. In this training, you’ll discover “light but solid” research methods that work in real-life youth work.
What You’ll Learn
- Monitoring & Evaluation – Set indicators, collect feedback, and improve your work.
-Participatory Research – Use surveys, focus groups, reflection and observation tools.
-Youth Employability – Measure skills, confidence and initiative.
-Data Ethics & Digital Tools – Explore privacy, bias and ethical data collection.
-Inclusion & Equity – Make research accessible and respectful of diversity.
Build evidence. Strengthen youth work. Make your impact visible.
