Description
Are you working on youth projects and want to improve your digital security and online collaboration skills? This fully funded Erasmus+ training course will equip youth workers and NGO staff with essential knowledge and tools for cloud-based teamwork and cyber hygiene in daily project management.
About the training
The training combines practical digital tools and safeguarding strategies for youth work. Participants will learn how to:
Set up and manage secure cloud workspaces (e.g., Drive, OneDrive)
Apply 2FA, control file access and permissions
Recognize phishing and avoid data leaks
Use GDPR-compliant practices for youth data
Respond to incidents like lost files or accidental sharing
The course includes simulations, peer coaching, case-based labs, and results in practical outputs like a data protection checklist and a secure workspace template .

Who can apply?
Youth workers and NGO staff aged 20+, with basic or advanced experience in Erasmus+ and youth work. Applicants should be ready to engage fully in all phases: preparation, training, and follow-up dissemination.
