APV for Mental Health TRICKS – Theatrical Reflection on Inner Child, Kept Simple
Advance Planning Visit
Description
We are looking for a Group Leader (age 23–30) and a Facilitator (age 23–30) to represent Denmark at the Advance Planning Visit (APV) for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project:
“Mental Health TRICKS – Theatrical Reflection on Inner Child, Kept Simple”
What is an Advance Planning Visit (APV)?
An APV is a short meeting held before the youth exchange, where group leaders and facilitators from each country come together at the project venue to:
Visit the location and accommodation
Discuss the program, logistics, and safety
Clarify roles and responsibilities
Share expectations and prepare the learning environment
Strengthen the collaboration between all partner teams
It’s an essential step to make sure the project runs smoothly and that all groups are fully prepared to support their participants.
Who are we looking for?
We need 2 people to represent our team in Denmark:
1 Group Leader (23–30 years old)
1 Facilitator (23–30 years old)
Both should be:
✔ Comfortable working in English
✔ Responsible, organized, and motivated
✔ Open to supporting others and being part of the full project process
✔ Available to attend both the APV (11-13 April) and the Youth Exchange (8-18 May 2026)
The Facilitator will help the main team with activities during the exchange — such as setting up materials, co-leading energisers, supporting group work, and assisting during debriefings. It’s a supportive role and a great learning opportunity for someone interested in facilitation.
What’s included?
✅ Travel reimbursement up to 309 Euros
✅ Free accommodation
✅ 3 Meals and 2 coffee breaks per day
✅ Youthpass certification – Recognised by the European Commission.
Please be aware that from 2025 there will be applied a small administrative fee of 200 dkk, which you will need to pay once you are accepted to the project.
