Description
Are you a youth worker, educator, or NGO professional interested in strengthening your skills in conflict resolution, dialogue facilitation, and youth participation? Join this fully funded Erasmus+ training course focused on empowering youth workers with practical tools to manage conflicts constructively and support democratic engagement in their communities.
Through interactive and experiential methods — including role plays, mediation simulations, case clinics, stakeholder mapping, and reflection sessions — participants will learn how to:
Analyse the dynamics of conflict and facilitate safe discussions
Apply de-escalation and basic mediation techniques
Engage communities and map relevant stakeholders
Strengthen political literacy and democratic participation within youth work
Develop and implement a local civic action plan (e.g. dialogue event or workshop)
Who can apply?
This training is open to youth workers, community leaders, and non-formal educators aged 20+ from eligible countries. We pay attention to gender balance, and value motivation, active engagement, and willingness to share learning in your community.
