Offline Hours brings people together over an afternoon snack to talk about something we don't always know how to talk about: mental health.

Between silence and words: how does each person experience mental health ?

An intergenerational dialogue to explore our silences, our words, and what connects us - no matter our age or background.

Come as you are, share as much or as little as you'd like. Feel free to bring something to snack on if you'd like - totally optional.
