The project topic is: The WESEP project is a long-term training course that empowers women to achieve aspirations, promote entrepreneurship, advocate for gender equality, and foster mentorship and networks supporting women's rights in the workforce.

Project objectives:

  1. Promote women's entrepreneurship to achieve economic independence and gender equality.

  2. Empower women to transform aspirations into sustainable business ventures.

  3. Motivate participants to advocate for women's economic inclusion in their communities.

  4. Provide knowledge and skills for business planning and implementation.

  5. Foster mentorship roles to support young women in developing practical skills.

    Participating countries:

    Italy, Ireland, Poland, France, Austria, Belgium, Slovenia, Lithuania, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Serbia/Spain.
