Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Peace-building

Your travel, accommodation, and food expenses will be covered by the Erasmus+ program and European Commission Funds. Please see the info pack details (for food, 70 euros per person will be dedicated for 5 days for cooking your own meals). In other E+ projects, catering is already organized, yet this project has a community-building approach.

The project "Equipping Youth Workers for Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Peacebuilding" is an Erasmus+ training course taking place in Milan, Italy, from 17th to 24th February 2025. Based on non-formal education methods, this program empowers youth workers, leaders, and educators with practical skills in conflict resolution, mediation, and non-violent communication. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, group discussions, and experiential learning to address conflicts constructively, foster peacebuilding in diverse communities, and implement restorative justice practices. This initiative is exclusively for representatives of organizations engaged in the Erasmus+ program, offering opportunities for skill development, intercultural exchange, and collaborative learning

Please be aware that from 2025 there will be applied a small administrative fee of 200 dkk, which you will need to pay once you are accepted to the project.
