This Erasmus+ training course empowers youth workers to engage with marginalized and diverse young people through inclusive communication strategies. Participants will learn to foster authentic, safe spaces for youth expression, gain practical tools for meaningful engagement, and build a supportive network of European youth workers. By enhancing skills in storytelling, co-creation, and active listening, the course enables youth workers to bridge gaps, inspire belonging, and make every youth voice heard.
