Erasmus+ APV meeting stands for Advanced Planning Visit. It is a preparatory meeting held before the main Erasmus+ project activity, typically involving representatives from the participating organizations. The purpose of the APV is to finalize logistical details, review the agenda, clarify roles and responsibilities, and address any specific needs of the participants, especially in youth exchanges. This ensures smooth implementation of the main activity.

The A.P.V. will be implemented in February and the final Youth Exchange in June. As soon as we receive the InfoPack from the organizers (an organization named ''Mosaica APS'', Rome, Italy ), we will update the information here! With dates, details, and the infopack.
